Online Course Information:
TOIP is also known as The Driver Education Course for Transport for New South Wales TfNSW - (RMS)
TOIP is for drivers who have committed a driving offence or exceeded their demerit points twice within five years.
Our Traffic Offender Intervention Online Program is not pre-recorded. PCYC coordinators and Presenters are online, in real time along with you. You must attend all sessions to complete the program.
Course Access
You can use a smart phone, computer or laptop that has internet, sound and video capabilities to do the course. You will be required to be on screen and engaging with the presentation during each session. PCYC coordinators will send the zoom invitation link to your email, along with course information and contact phone number. This is not automatically generated, PCYC coordinators check the website regularly and will send the link to late bookings on Saturday morning, or Tuesday evening.
Certificates and Court reports
All participants will receive a Certificate upon successful completion of the course. Personalised Court reports will be emailed to the Court and legal representatives in time for nominated court dates, urgent reports can be arranged.
TfNSW Certificates
If you are doing TOIP for Driver Education you will receive your yellow certificate via express post with tracking. TfNSW only accepts the original yellow certificate that is signed by PCYC. You must sign this certificate and take it to Service NSW. TfNSW does not accept digital copies.
Refund and Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling sessions: Each participant is permitted one rescheduled session (with prior notice).
Any further reschedules will incur a $25 admin fee. All rescheduled sessions must be completed within 8 weeks of registration.
If you do not attend the course in which you are booked into you be marked as incomplete and will have to re-register and pay the course fee to complete the program.
Refund Policy:
Refunds must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the program.
No refunds are permitted after program start date, or if proof of enrollment has been submitted to the court.
No refunds for absence, expulsion, or withdrawal from the program.
The court will be notified of fail to commence a program when a refund is issued.

You will need to provide the name on the credit card used to pay for the course. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days.
All refund and reschedule requests are subject to review. Approval is based on the discretion of PCYC.
